This porch sign is sized for a 10x48" sign but DOES NOT include the backer or a frame. (Actual size is 9.25" x 48") The design can be resized to fit other board preferences, but you may need to cut only a top or bottom accent, resize text, etc. to accommodate your needs.

The sign includes the text as featured the holiday baking patterned top and bottom, the candy cane borders, and the little gingerbread seeker.
